                     Volunteer Charter in the Human Fraternity Foundation
        Introduction:
        Based on the Foundation’s vision to reach one million volunteers, to achieve its goals of encouraging and spreading the culture of volunteer work professionally and realistically to serve all segments of society and achieving integration and cooperation in the field of fruitful volunteer work with all sectors in order to achieve the goals of the national strategy and the new republic, and to spread the culture of human brotherhood among people, and in an effort to To provide and support everything that contributes to serving the nation first and volunteers second, the Volunteer Work Regulations have been approved, which stipulates the following articles:
        
        Definition of volunteer work
        Volunteering is every effort or work offered by a natural or legal person, voluntarily, by choice and spontaneously. His desire to serve and develop society, without requiring material or moral compensation.
        The Foundation organizes volunteer work to achieve its goals of serving society and individuals by investing in the positive energies of volunteers and establishing volunteer teams consisting of groups and individuals who practice volunteer work under unified leadership. To achieve specific common goals, and work according to a clear system and based on methodological frameworks consisting of specific policies and procedures that are seriously implemented under the supervision of the institution.
        The goal of volunteer work is to enhance the values of national belonging, charitable work, human brotherhood, and social responsibility among members of society and its institutions, spreading goodness, and imparting a positive image of society that emphasizes its prosperity and the prevalence of good morals among its members.
        
        Volunteer Charter
        I ................................ acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Human Fraternity Foundation’s Volunteer Charter and that I am committed to all... Its provisions and articles, and I pledge to carry out my service with all enthusiasm, sincerity, integrity and honor, and that my sole goal in this is to please the face of God Almighty, do good deeds, and harness my capabilities, time and skills to serve others and spread the culture of human brotherhood among people.
          As a volunteer for the Human Fraternity Foundation:
        - I pledge that I will provide the time necessary to take over the available volunteer task or service activity that will be assigned to me and complete it to the fullest extent.
        - I pledge and commit to working within the policies, rules and objectives of the organization.
        - I pledge and commit to respecting the privacy of employees, beneficiaries of the organization’s services, or other members and volunteers.
        - I pledge and commit to showing the spirit of responsibility, duty, honesty, honesty, seriousness, obedience, loyalty, sincerity and appreciation for the institution.
        - I pledge and commit to completing the volunteer work hours and agreed upon tasks.
        - I pledge and commit to informing the organization when I am not available to volunteer.
        - I pledge and commit to attending orientation and training courses.
        - I pledge and commit to obey and follow the directions provided by supervisors.
        - I pledge and commit to having a team spirit and supporting other staff and volunteers.
        - I pledge and commit to respecting human rights, diversity, gender equality and treating everyone as sisters and brothers in humanity.
        - I pledge and commit to respecting the instructions issued by the institution and the concerned authorities before starting any initiative.
        - I pledge and abide by all laws, regulations, provisions and societal traditions in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
        - I pledge and commit to avoiding interference in political, sovereign, and religious matters that contradict the principles of human brotherhood and harm coexistence, mutual respect, and the values of cooperation, solidarity, and societal peace.
        - I pledge and commit to respecting religious and national symbols.
        - I pledge and commit myself not to act in any medical, legal, or specialized professional matter if I do not have the legal capacity to do so, and after obtaining the institution’s approval.
        - I pledge and commit myself not to collect donations under any circumstances.
        - I pledge and adhere to security and safety instructions and not to expose myself or the volunteer team to danger during the mission.
        - I pledge and commit to informing the organization if any problem arises that affects me personally or my volunteer mission.
        - I pledge and commit to refraining from any behavior that may lead to a negative impact on the organization’s reputation.
        - I pledge and commit to refrain from participating in any activity or behavior that is financially, ethically or administratively dishonest.
        - I pledge and commit to avoiding smoking in the initiative’s places and events in which I participate.
        - I pledge and commit to avoiding any form of behavior that may be considered discrimination and contempt on the basis of nationality, race, age, color, or disability, and to maintain public appearance.
        - I pledge and commit to maintaining the knowledge and tools I have received, and the cleanliness and safety of the facilities I use to carry out my volunteer mission.
        - I pledge and commit myself not to impersonate any of the organization’s employees or claim to be an employee there.
        - I pledge and commit to maintaining the confidentiality of the information I access while performing the volunteer mission, such as: data of beneficiary families.
        - I pledge and commit to harnessing all my energies to serve the goals of the Human Fraternity Foundation and its charitable activities to please God Almighty and without seeking any other worldly goals. I swear to God, the granter of success and helper!

If it becomes clear otherwise, the registration process will be canceled even if this is discovered when the final decision is issued or after.
