Accordingly, under the auspices and directives of the political leadership, and in line with Egypt’s sustainable vision 2030, and the new republic that is based on work and hope and seeks to provide a “dignified life” for all the people of the country.
The Human Fraternity Foundation implements innovative humanitarian initiatives to alleviate the suffering of needy people and families and provide them with the best services in a way that preserves their dignity:
• Fraternity is sharing the loaf
Fraternity is realized and manifested when we share the goodness of God with our brothers in need, when we laugh with those who rejoice and weep with those who weep, when we do not remain passively silent in the face of injustice, need, hunger, pain, and misery, when we ignite a desperate light, build a house for the poor, host a stranger, educate a child, and treat sick, visiting the elderly, and spreading kindness, mercy, and benevolence among people.
The Human Fraternity Foundation works to transform the principle of fraternity into practical and beneficial initiatives, based on the directives of the state, and in line with Egypt’s Sustainable Vision 2030, and the new republic that is based on work and hope and seeks to provide a “decent life” for all citizens of the country.
The "Human Fraternity Restaurant" project was born to share bread with the needy in a way that preserves their dignity and affirms their equality with others.

What is the idea of the restaurant?
The restaurant provides nutritionally integrated meals to the needy and their families, in a manner that preserves their dignity, by dealing with them as customers of the restaurant, who have the right to sit at tables, choose their meals from the menu, and receive excellent service from volunteers, as well as the "happy meal" for children.
This way, bags or cartons of food will not be distributed to the poor from trucks that force them to stand in queues and suffer hardship to obtain food or supplies and endure crowding and scrambling.
The restaurant will provide meals for people who are able to support social solidarity and ensure the success and continuity of the project.

• Project financing and partnerships with donors:
The "Human Fraternity Restaurants" project will be funded through fundraising and partnership with private supporters, such as major grocers, meat and chicken merchants, restaurant equipment suppliers, hotels, as well as professional chefs who wish to volunteer.
The Foundation will also create partnerships with universities and other educational and civic institutions to mobilize volunteers to work in restaurants, serve guests, and meet their needs while they are in the place.
The chain of "Human Fraternity Restaurants" will provide free food to the underprivileged and at moderate prices to those who are able to pay to ensure continuity and to meet the costs of rent, wages, and food, as well as to ensure a decent level of service for all.

• Reach out to those in need:
The first branch of the "Human fraternity Restaurants" chain will be established and operated to provide service to the needy residents of the region to ensure that the service reaches the neediest groups, through the application of a mechanism to limit these numbers through the use of ration cards to benefit from what the state has done and to ensure that aid reaches those who deserve it.
After applying the experiment in the first branch, following it up, ensuring its success, and evaluating it by the committee responsible for the project, it will be implemented in other regions in stages, depending on the need and the level of response from donors and volunteers.

• Coordination with state institutions:
The Human Fraternity Foundation searched for places most in need of service, and then concluded joint cooperation protocols between the Foundation and some associations and institutions with service field work.

• Volunteers:
The Human Fraternity Foundation communicates with all those with sincere and good intentions, who have the same vision and mission to volunteer, each according to their position, job, skills, time, and capabilities to participate in the service of the “Human Fraternity Restaurants” project and organize volunteering periods to include all times when meals are served in the restaurant.

• Implementation plan:
The Human fraternity Restaurant project will be implemented in stages, starting with one restaurant, to be expanded gradually to reach a chain of restaurants in all the governorates of the Republic.
Collaboration protocols are being worked out with some other companies.
And because “with humanity we reach everyone!”, “Human Fraternity Restaurant” is based on the belief in the right of every human being to obtain food and sustenance, and above all, to provide them in a way that preserves their dignity and makes them see that the earth is still full of people with noble hearts and sincere intentions who do not accept sleeping quietly knowing that they have a brother or sister writhing in hunger, or gasping for thirst.

• Information
Number of people and families: The restaurant will provide its services free of charge to more than 150 families per week
The quality of the service: a decent service that preserves everyone's dignity and makes everyone feel venerable.
Food: Italian bakery, pizza, and special meals for children.

• Financing:
The Human Fraternity Foundation will spend on the Human Fraternity Restaurant Series project through:
1- Relying partially on non-free meals, which will be paid for by the people who are able to obtain them, in order to support the project and enhance social solidarity
2- Carrying out a donation campaign that includes major retailers of food supplies, meat and chicken, suppliers of restaurant equipment and hotels, in addition to professional chefs who wish to volunteer.
3- Working in companies with individuals and supporting bodies from the private sector.
4- The Foundation will implement the project in cooperation and participation with the Ministry of Social Solidarity.
After approving all the previous points, and before proceeding with the implementation of the first branch of the Human Fraternity restaurants, the Human Fraternity Foundation will arrange the final logistical matters, including preparing the place, the kitchen and all the necessary equipment, and arranging with the system committees, scouts and volunteer teams.

• Coordination with state institutions:
The Human Fraternity Foundation works in continuous coordination with the relevant state institutions, especially the Ministry of Social Solidarity, the Ministry of Health and Population, and the concerned neighborhood heads, in compliance with all procedures and laws regulating this field.
The Foundation will set criteria and standards in coordination with the Ministry of Social Solidarity to organize the lists of service beneficiaries to ensure that they reach those who deserve it.

• Volunteers:
The Human Fraternity Foundation communicates with all those with sincere and good intentions, who have the same vision and mission, to volunteer, each according to his status, job, skills, and time to participate in the medical convoy service.

• Final logistical matters:
After confirming all the previous points, and before proceeding with the implementation of the first branch of the Human Fraternity restaurants, the Human Fraternity Foundation will arrange the final logistical matters, including preparing the place, the kitchen and all the necessary equipment, and arranging with the system committees, scouts and volunteer teams.

Believing that we make hearts happy with good, and with goodness make hearts happy, the Foundation will implement the first branch in Cairo, and after its success, God willing, a series of restaurants will be opened in all governorates of the Republic to reach the largest number of people and families
