Today, Engineer Khaled Abbas, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the New Administrative Capital for Urban Development, received Monsignor Dr. Yoannis Lahzi Gaid, President of the Human Fraternity Services Foundation and former Personal Secretary of His Holiness Pope Francis.
The meeting took place in his office at the headquarters of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development, in the Governmental District, with the participation of Engineer Milad Lahzi, Secretary General of the Foundation, and businessman Sam Haddad.
Monsignor Yoannis Gaid congratulated His Excellency on his assumption of the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the New Administrative Capital for Urban Development, in after Major General Ahmed Abdeen, stressing to His Excellency the importance of the New Capital project as an icon of the unprecedented renaissance that Egypt is going through despite the difficult regional and international conditions, and the icon of the new republic.
Eng. Khaled Abbas also affirmed his great support for the projects implemented by the Human Fraternity Foundation in the new capital to confirm the humanitarian nature of this national project, especially the Bambino Gesu Hospital project, to which President Abdel Fattah El Sisi preferred to allocate land in the Medical City area.
